Returns

We accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items only.

We do not accept returns on resin pieces that have been collected or hand delivered

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in suitable protective packaging.

 

Resin Item Care & Disclaimer

 

Please note that resin pieces are delicate and can be damaged if dropped or exposed to excessive heat or moisture.

We do not accept returns for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or general wear and tear.

Small imperfections such as microbubbles or slight colour variation are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Custom or personalised resin items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

 

How to Return

 

1. Contact us at annareed6@yahoo.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

 

2. We’ll confirm if your return is accepted and provide return instructions.

 

3. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

 

Return Shipping

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please package resin pieces carefully to avoid further damage during return transit.
